Shipping

Shipping will be processed in maximum 2-3 working days after we received the payment confirmation.

Monday – Friday: 09.00 – 17.00

Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday: CLOSE

 

Please note that Hastech is not responsible for damages from shipping (including but not limited to; delays, damage, or lost packages). Any issues or concerns arising from shipping should be directed to the shipping courier. However, Hastech will help support any claims made to the shipping courier as best as possible.

 

All of the shipping is done by JNE courier service. We offer the regular (REG) service (3-4 working days) and YES (1 working day)* .

Exchanges

Hastech doesn’t do refund. However, we accept Exchange if the product is broken or can’t be functionally used within 1 year warranty from the date you activated the Fitbit smartwatch. The exchange is subject to the availability of the products. Please contact us at contact@hastech.co. Subject: “Exchange” to discuss your options.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
