Question 1: How many year is Fitbit warranty and what does the warranty cover?

Fitbit-branded device accessories (collectively, the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Fitbit will fully cover all the damage that may be caused by internal Fitbit system error or any other damage that makes the watch can not functionally works properly.

Question 2: How long will it takes to the exchange product?

Please provide the original box, charging cable, the product and bring along the Hastech invoice to our office. And it should be not more than 3 working days after we received the product. However, the exchange is subject to the availability of the products. Please contact us at contact@hastech.co

Question 3: Where is our offline store?
